Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify and build relationships with potential distributors, chemist and other.
Explore new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical sector.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan promotional activities, product launches.
Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate business contracts, agreements, and pricing to maximize profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and report to senior management.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory guidelines, and pharmaceutical product knowledge.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, products, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Result-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
