We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) in Lucknow to drive client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through Meta/Google Ads, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects Client Acquisition & Sales Pitch CraziStudio’s podcast solutions to individuals, startups, and brands Conduct meetings, presentations, and studio tours to convert leads Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients pre and post onboarding Build long-term partnerships and encourage repeat bookings Market Research & Strategy Analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs Suggest new service offerings, packages, and collaborations Collaboration with Operations Team Coordinate with studio team to ensure smooth execution of client projects Align on client expectations and deliverables Requirements2+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development (media, production, or creative industry preferred) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi) Strong negotiation and closing ability Familiar with CRM tools, Google Workspace/MS Office Preferred SkillsNetwork with influencers, coaches, startups, and brands Knowledge of podcasting, content creation, or digital marketing Creative mindset for designing client-centric solutions What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives 💰 Opportunity to work with top creators, influencers, and brands A creative and dynamic work environment Career growth into senior business roles
