About Champions Academy: Champions Academy is a leading institute specialising in JEE and NEET preparation. We provide exceptional coaching and support to help students achieve their academic goals.We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Desktop Publishing (DTP) Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful educational resources. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead Generation and Client Outreach: Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and local outreach. Make a minimum of 100 connected cold calls daily to initiate contact with potential clients and explain the benefits of Champions Academy’s programs. Daily target of 3 confirmed leads for student counselling (specifically Science stream aspirants) is mandatory. Mentor junior team members to improve call efficiency and lead quality, if required. 2.Sales and Revenue Generation: Conduct presentations, counselling sessions, seminars, and demos to prospective clients (students, parents, educational institutions). Achieve or exceed monthly sales and admissions targets. Deliver customized solutions based on client needs to maximize conversion. Support sales teammates in closing key deals through joint calls or field visits when needed. 3.On-Ground Sales Activities Actively participate in field visits to schools, tuition classes, coaching centers to promote Champions Academy programs. Organize and represent the Academy in seminars, education fairs, and info sessions. Manage and report ground-level insights and challenges; train junior associates on field etiquette and engagement strategies. 4.Collaboration and Teamwork Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with current campaigns and local promotions. Maintain communication with academic and counseling teams to ensure smooth student onboarding. Share market intelligence and client feedback regularly with internal stakeholders. Assist the Sales Manager in onboarding, training, and performance tracking of new sales associates. 5.Performance Analysis and Reporting Maintain accurate records of daily and weekly sales activity (calls, meetings, conversions). Monitor KPIs such as lead-to-admission ratio, sales growth, and individual contribution. Share data-driven suggestions to improve productivity and outcomes across the team. 6.Market Research and Competitor Analysis Keep track of local competition, course offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies. Highlight competitive advantages and help in refining sales pitches based on market shifts. Identify underserved areas or untapped markets for potential business expansion. 7.Strategic Development Participate in brainstorming and strategy planning with the sales head and leadership. Recommend improvements in processes, offerings, or approaches based on on-ground realities. Contribute ideas that enhance student experience, brand image, and lead quality.
