Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager – IT Sales to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic IT sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in IT services and solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions (web development, app development, digital services, Data & Backup recovery etc.). Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiver, email marketing, cold calling, and networking events. Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Track and analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in B2B IT Sales / Business Development in the tech industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Sound knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), SaaS, and managed IT services. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales.
