Job Title: Team Lead – EdTech Sales & Operations Location: ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - 248001 Department: Sales & Operations Experience Required: 2–3 years in EdTech sales and operations (Team Lead or Senior Executive level) Job Summary: ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead – EdTech Sales & Operations to drive growth, streamline operations, and lead a high-performing team in the education technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech sales, team management, and operations, with a passion for delivering innovative learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for EdTech products and services (B2B & B2C).  Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.  Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers.  Identify new market opportunities and drive lead generation and conversion efforts.  Manage and optimize CRM tools for accurate reporting and pipeline management.  Set clear performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and provide coaching.  Collaborate with academic, content, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.  Oversee client onboarding, product implementation, and post-sales support.  Track sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.  Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards for senior management. Key Skills & Competencies:  Proven experience in EdTech sales and operational leadership.  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Ability to lead and motivate teams in a target-driven environment.  Comfortable with multitasking and handling client escalations. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.  2–3 years of relevant experience in EdTech or education sales and operations.  Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
