Job Description

Job Summary:

Accountable for Business Development and Sales of Healthy and Organic Food Products.

Strategic business development leader responsible for market expansion, partnership development, and sales team management. Lead Sales & Marketing Executives and drive aggressive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion possibilities
  • Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, corporates, and institutions
  • Explore new revenue streams and business models
  • Lead negotiations for major partnerships and contracts

Sales Team Management & Development

  • Manage and develop Sales & Marketing Executives for optimal performance
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor achievement
  • Design and implement sales training and development programs
  • Implement sales processes and performance management systems
  • Recruit and onboard additional sales team members as required

Partnership Development & B2B Sales

  • Develop corporate sales channels and institutional partnerships
  • Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers
  • Create bulk sales programs for societies and corporate clients
  • Negotiate enterprise contracts and service agreements
  • Manage key account relationships and growth strategies

Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Develop market entry strategies for new segments and geographies
  • Create customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Support pricing strategy and promotional campaign development
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior patterns

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
  • Experience: 6-10 years in business development, sales management, or marketing
  • Skills: Business development, team management, negotiation, strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in organic/health food industry or FMCG sector
  • B2B sales and partnership development experience
  • Understanding of Gujarat market and business ecosystem
  • Proven track record in team management and business growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
