Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online form submissions. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to convert them into confirmed admissions. Student Counseling: Provide accurate and updated information about software training programs such as Full Stack Development, Data Science, Java, Python, Testing, etc. Identify the student's interests, skill gaps, and career goals to suggest suitable courses.
