Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Math Aptitude Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical background and a passion for teaching students preparing for competitive exams such as SSC, Banking, RRB, CAT, GRE, and other aptitude-based assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and concept-oriented training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude.
• Prepare students for competitive exams (SSC, Bank, CAT, GRE, etc.).
• Design practice materials, mock tests, and quizzes.
• Track student performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and periodic assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field).
• Proven experience as a trainer or teacher in aptitude/maths domain.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, and speed math.
• Ability to handle students of various backgrounds and skill levels.
• (Optional) Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in coaching institutes or edtech platforms.
• Strong understanding of exam patterns (SSC, Banking, CAT, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital whiteboards and interactive teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
