Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirupati for a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering quantitative aptitude training sessions for students preparing for placements and competitive exams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing robust training materials, conducting engaging sessions, evaluating student performance, and offering personalized guidance. The Trainer will also work closely with the program development team to ensure that the curriculum meets current industry demands.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude concepts, problem-solving techniques, and reasoning abilities.
• Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring, with the ability to conduct engaging sessions for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in syllabus creation, teaching methodologies, and academic material development.
• Ability to adapt and personalize learning approaches to suit varied student needs.
• Passion for teaching, along with a strong commitment to student success.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or a related field is preferred.
