Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning Magical Trainer who can teach, mentor, and motivate students preparing for competitive exams, campus placements, and aptitude-based assessments. The trainer should be able to simplify complex concepts, make learning engaging, and develop strong problem-solving skills among learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and related topics.
• Train students for campus placements, government exams, MBA/CAT, banking, and other aptitude-based tests.
• Create lesson plans, practice exercises, mock tests, and performance assessments.
• Use interactive and practical teaching techniques to keep students engaged.
• Identify weak areas of students and provide individual attention to improve results.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and shortcuts/tricks.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and periodic revision classes.
• Collaborate with academic teams to improve training modules and content.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in teaching or training Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
• Strong command over numerical ability, logical puzzles, data interpretation, and analytical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to make sessions interactive, fun, and result-focused.
• Familiarity with CAT, SSC, Banking, or Placement Test patterns will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Shortcut techniques and smart problem-solving approaches.
• Confidence in handling both junior (school/college) and senior (competitive) batches.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students to achieve their goals.
