Biology teacher

A. Academic (CBSE) Responsibilities

• Teach Class 11 & 12 Biology as per the NCERT curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, classroom presentations, and teaching aids.
• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
• Explain concepts using diagrammatic illustrations, case studies, and practical examples.
• Prepare students for school exams, practicals, and board exams.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance data.

B. NEET Coaching Responsibilities

• Teach NEET-level Biology with emphasis on high-yield concepts, PYQs, and MCQ-solving techniques.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, mock tests, and time-bound tests.
• Analyse student performance and provide individual doubt clarification.
• Prepare topic-wise question banks, revision notes, and test papers.
• Incorporate advanced pedagogy—mnemonics, flowcharts, mind maps, and rapid revision tools.

3. Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong command over NCERT Biology (XI & XII) and NEET syllabus.
• Deep understanding of human physiology, genetics, ecology, botany, and zoology.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make sessions interactive.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in creating digital content, PPTs, and diagrams (preferred).
• Ability to mentor students emotionally and academically.
• Familiarity with NEET exam patterns and trends.

4. Qualification Requirements

• M.Sc. in Biology / Botany / Zoology / Life Sciences (mandatory).
• B.Ed. preferred (for academic school teaching).
• Experience in NEET coaching or senior secondary teaching desirable.
• Strong academic record and passion for teaching.

5. Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in teaching Class 11–12 Biology or NEET coaching (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply (if institutional policy permits).

6. Work Expectations

• Conducting regular classes, extra doubt sessions, and test series.
