We are an AI-powered EdTech startup focused on helping students prepare for banking and government exams in regional languages, especially Telugu. Our app provides 3L+ questions, mock tests, Telugu video lessons, and a unique “Play with Friends” quiz feature. We are on a mission to revolutionize competitive exam prep in Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities.

Job Role:

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive college-level partnerships and student subscriptions. You’ll be responsible for expanding our reach by onboarding colleges and student communities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach colleges and student organizations for app partnerships
• Conduct product demos, seminars, or webinars in colleges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty and placement/training officers
• Achieve monthly/quarterly subscription targets
• Collect user feedback and market insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales / EdTech / college outreach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Telugu + English)
• Willingness to travel to Tier-2/Tier-3 colleges regularly
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and confident in pitching to institutions
• Passionate about education and technology
