Responsibilities: Manage pipeline from lead to close Meet revenue targets through effective sales strategies Identify new business opportunities Build strong client relationships
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential customers in assigned territory (rural/semi-urban/urban clusters). Educate people about various insurance policies, savings schemes, and loan Collect documents, complete forms, and assist with the application/enrollment process. Conduct door-to-door outreach, group meetings, and participate in local community events. Build partnerships with local influencers (village heads, shopkeepers, SHG leaders, etc.) to promote schemes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets. Submit daily field reports, maintain client data, and track follow-ups. Provide after-sales support to ensure policy understanding, claim guidance, and customer satisfaction.
