Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with proven experience in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and support the BDE team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Oversee proposal creation, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT sales or business development with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of IT services, digital transformation solutions, and software development.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
