Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and promote IT services and solutions to potential customers.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to align strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development or IT sales (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
