We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Gurgaon . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aligning business objectives with employees and management while also supporting core HR operations. The focus will be 80% on HRBP responsibilities and 20% on operational support , including onboarding, asset management, employee engagement , and staff augmentation and contractual hiring . Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partner (80%) Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Act as a point of contact for employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and career development. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Lead performance management, feedback processes, and career development discussions. Collaborate on workforce planning and succession planning strategies. Support talent development initiatives and help foster a culture of continuous learning. Partner with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and team dynamics. Manage conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers and employees. Handle staff augmentation and manage contractual hiring needs based on project-based demands. Operations (20%) Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Coordinate with IT and Admin teams for asset allocation and tracking. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance workplace culture. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with day-to-day operational HR tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3 to 4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in the IT or service industry. Prior experience in staff augmentation and handling contractual hiring will be a strong advantage. Strong understanding of HR processes including talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
