Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales growth, acquire new clients, and expand our digital marketing business. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, digital marketing understanding, and proven experience in closing deals. 1. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Work closely with telecallers to generate qualified leads. Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-up status. 2. Client Meetings & PresentationsUnderstand client requirements and pitch appropriate digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Website, Branding). Conduct video calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person presentations. Build strong rapport and trust with clients. 3. Sales & ConversionsConvert qualified leads into paying clients. Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and service packages. Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Strategy & CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams (SEO, SMM, Designers, Ads Team) to ensure smooth onboarding. Provide complete handover to the operations team. Understand market trends and share insights with the management. 5. Relationship ManagementMaintain healthy long-term relationships with clients. Upsell and cross-sell additional services. Ensure client satisfaction and reduce churn. 🔹 Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Websites). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle.
