This is a full-time on-site role for a female Business Development Manager who has minimum 1 year experience , based in kochi Kerala, India. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves leading and managing sales initiatives, overseeing account management, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business growth strategies with overall company objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Planning and the ability to develop impactful strategies to drive growth. Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions. Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with the capability to build and sustain client relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of Business Development practices and processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Capability to work independently and lead teams effectively. Experience in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth.
