Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure proper allocation of leads and fair workload distribution.

3. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring

  • Track day-to-day sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Review and analyse lead conversion reports and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure professional communication and follow-up with all potential leads.

5. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and training teams for smooth workflow.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team about lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with management to align sales goals with organizational plans.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Provide insights on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and data summaries for review meetings.

7. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth

  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Create action plans for low-performing team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow revenue.

8. Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure the team follows sales protocols, documentation standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor adherence to follow-up timelines and lead management procedures.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical sales practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
