Job Description: Business Development Manager (Staffing & Recruitment Industry) MUST have experience in staffing and recruitment industry. Role Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or client management within the staffing/recruitment industry, and will be adept at building strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and delivering tailored staffing solutions Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market through direct outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing teams Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their staffing needs Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements, using insights to inform business strategies Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery of quality staffing solutions tailored to client needs Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business contracts to prospective clients Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure favorable deals for the organization while meeting client expectations Attend industry networking events and activities to expand professional network and identify potential leads Regularly review client feedback and market developments to ensure service offerings remain competitive and relevant Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress towards financial and strategic goals Reporting To: CEO or Head of Business Development Show more Show less
