Job Description: Fresher Figma Developer (Paid Internship, Hyderabad) Position: Figma Developer Intern (Fresher) Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (6 months) Type: Paid Internship (with potential full-time conversion based on performance) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and creative Fresher Figma Developer who has completed formal training and successfully delivered training projects. This is a paid, 6-month internship based in Hyderabad, designed for freshers eager to launch their careers in UI/UX and front-end development. Outstanding performers will be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create visually appealing and user-centric interfaces using Figma Convert wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs into responsive web and mobile interfaces Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs Assist in developing and maintaining design systems and style guides Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX Present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders Required Skills and Qualifications: Completed training in Figma with hands-on experience in training projects (portfolio or project links required) Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and composition Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for creating user-centered, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences Eligibility: Recent graduates or final-year students from design, engineering, or related fields. Must be available to work from the Hyderabad office for the duration of the internship. Only candidates who have completed relevant Figma/UI/UX training and have worked on training projects will be considered. Career Path: This internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time role. Performance will be reviewed at the end of 6 months, with high-performing interns offered a full-time position with a revised salary package.
