Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & Repairing Division. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships with clients, renew contracts, and ensure a robust pipeline of AMC & service sales. This role blends sales, relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities-Business Development & Sales

• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities for AMC and repair services.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for recurring services and contract closures.
• Engage with existing clients to upsell AMC renewals, extended support packages, and value-added services.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (facility managers, operations heads, procurement).
• Act as primary contact for client inquiries related to AMC, servicing schedules, and support escalation.
• Conduct regular client visits and service reviews to understand needs and enhance satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine services and customer value propositions.
• Identify emerging industry segments and develop targeted outreach plans.

Proposal & Contract Management

• Prepare professional proposals, service agreements, SOWs (Statement of Work), and AMC contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, SLAs, and deliver best-fit solutions.
• Coordinate with legal and finance for contract finalization and compliance.

Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with Technical, Customer Support, Operations, and Service Teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports on lead generation, closures, renewals, and revenue forecasts.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior management.

Skills & QualificationsRequired

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
✔ 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in AMC, repair service, security automation, or related technology sectors✔ Strong understanding of AMC contracts, preventive & corrective maintenance services✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills✔ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Preferred

✔ Experience in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, automation), telecom, or facility management services
✔ CRM proficiency and strong documentation skills✔ Ability to travel for client meetings and onsite coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
