Responsibilities Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
