Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals. Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across the company. Lead, mentor, and manage senior management teams. Analyze financial metrics and company performance to make informed decisions. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is preferred. Proven experience in a senior leadership position, preferably as a Business Development Manager/Head or similar role. Strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
