Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager to aggressively drive new client acquisition for our Enterprise-level IT projects . This role is critical for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities, acting as the primary force behind expanding our client base in the enterprise sector. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualication to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals, while also laying the foundation for strong, lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Strategic Lead Generation New Client Acquisition Solution Presentation & Proposal Development Negotiation & Deal Closure Market & Competitive Intelligence Sales Performance Initial Relationship Foundation CRM Management & Reporting Cross-functional Collaboration Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related eld. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in a Business Development or Sales role, with a proven and demonstrable track record of successfully acquiring Enterprise-level clients in the IT services, web development, or digital marketing industry. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise-grade web design and development, digital marketing strategies, graphic design principles, and general IT services, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms. Sales Acumen: Exceptional sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, lead qualication, needs assessment, solution selling, objection handling, and closing. Relationship Building: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, establish trust, and inuence decision-makers at all organizational levels. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify complex enterprise client needs and formulate strategic, eective IT solutions. Self-Motivation & Drive: Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing a robust sales pipeline independently while contributing to a team environment.
