Overview:Looking for a motivated specialist to maintain and grow our digital presence—across SEO, YouTube, social media, content planning, and advertising—working alongside our in-house Graphic Designer.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content StrategyPlan monthly content calendars.Coordinate with designer for creatives.Schedule and manage posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube).Engage with audience and analyze performance metrics.SEO & Website OptimizationConduct keyword research and on-page SEO updates.Coordinate with the content/web team for implementation.Monitor and report on rankings and traffic using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.YouTube Channel ManagementDevelop video topic calendar with publishing schedule.Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails.Track analytics and audience retention.Digital Advertising & Email CampaignsPlan and manage campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, YouTube Ads).Set up email campaigns via Mailchimp or similar.Monitor performance and adjust for ROI.Competitive Research & Trend MonitoringTrack competitors' digital strategies.Leverage tools (SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Hootsuite, BuzzSumo).Stay current with digital trends and platforms.Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO and social media.Proficiency with tools: SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Predis.ai).Understanding of YouTube SEO.Strong writing and communication skills.Basic ad management and analytics insight.Collaborative spirit to work with designers and content teams.Additional benefits: Health insurance, performance bonuses, provident fund, learning allowances.
