Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience: 2–4+ years (hands-on, end-to-end)
Location: Sector 63, Noida (On-site)

About the Role

We need a self-starter who can plan, create, execute, and report—independently. You’ll own performance and brand growth for M&B, Miss Lavish London, and Handicrafts Home across all digital channels in the home & fashion category.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End)

  • Strategy → Execution → Reporting for social, PPC & paid media, email/CRM, influencers, basic SEO, and landing pages.
  • Content calendar, asset creation/coordination, publishing, community management, and analytics.
  • Vendor coordination only if absolutely required—default is you handle it yourself.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Run Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn (plus YouTube Shorts; TikTok where applicable).
  • Create & publish posts/Reels/Pins with a steady weekly cadence.
  • Manage replies/DMs, grow community, and maintain brand voice.

PPC & Paid Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads.
  • Own budgets, pacing, audience/keyword strategy, bid strategies, creative testing, and retargeting.
  • Track and improve CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS; implement UTM tracking and landing-page alignment.

Influencer/UGC

  • Source, negotiate, brief, and track creators (home & fashion).
  • Secure daily micro-collabs and repurpose assets for organic and paid.

Content & SEO Support

  • Keyword research; on-page basics for blogs/landing pages.
  • Coordinate product shoots/UGC; quick edits for Reels/Shorts.

Analytics & Reporting

  • GA4, Ads Managers, Search Console, and platform insights.
  • Ship weekly MIS: spend, traffic, CAC, ROAS, revenue attribution, top creatives/keywords, next actions.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 2–4+ years in social & digital marketing with independent ownership of channels.
  • Demonstrable PPC expertise (Google Ads + Meta) with measurable results.
  • Working skills in Canva/Figma and basic video editing (CapCut/Adobe).
  • Excellent copy, visual sense, and spreadsheet skills (LOOKUPs, Pivots).

Good to Have

  • Experience partnering with marketplace/e-com teams; Amazon Ads PPC exposure is a plus.
