Business Development is key to the role. Successful candidates will be responsible for building the business within the region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads.

This is not a desk job. The candidate is expected to conduct regular face-to-face meetings with the clients and undertake networking activities. Therefore, the successful candidate is expected to be presentable, customer focused, and possess excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :-

Roles - Business Development

Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients in the target market for HR Business Primarily in Recruitment to target MNC Clients .

- Bringing new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant HR solutions i:e Recruitment / Staffing / Contractual Roles / Background Verification

- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Managing the sales process to Maintain active Leads and close new business opportunities.

- Familiarize yourself with all Services offered by our company.

- Suggest Innovation within Operations team as per the Industry Trend

- Procuring new clients through direct contact, Prospecting through Mails / calls / Digital marketing, social media, Existing database / Pipeline, word-of-mouth, References and collaboration with Operations Team and management.

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained along with Revival of Clients.

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients by Offering additional Services.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most Reasonable Rates and T&C.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes in Ongoing operations.

Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower / Recruitment Enabled Services / Recruitment SAAS / Job Portal / ATS / any similar B2B Industry Experience.

-Good at Researching for Prospective Clients / Industry / Domain / Emerging market and / GCC Cos.

- Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development in the above mentioned Domain.

- Identify Client requirements and Prospect to generate Leads and close the Deal / Contract.

- Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business.

-Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and Clients.

-Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated Meeting location.

- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interacting with compliance/ Hiring Managers of Clients and Business Owners.

- A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities

- Proven record in business development

- Driven individual motivated by Marketing Role

- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

- Need Excellent PPT, Presentations, Creative, Excel, PowerPoint Skills.

- Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.
