Job Title: Business Development Intern

Location: On-site — Noida, Sector 62
Tenure: 6 Months (Full-Time, In-Office)

About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates enthusiastic about learning real-world sales processes — from lead generation and cold outreach to client interaction and pipeline management. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and research potential clients and target segments to build a qualified lead pipeline. procol.io
  • Conduct outbound cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to engage prospects. Adzuna
  • Build and maintain accurate lead lists and update information in CRM or tracking tool. Jooble

Client Interaction & Support

  • Engage potential clients to introduce company offerings and gauge interest. Adzuna
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or calls between prospects and senior sales team members. procol.io
  • Attend networking events, expos, industry meetups, and internal meetings as needed to generate leads and represent the company (flexibility to travel required).

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs. procol.io
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, lead status, and key performance metrics for the BD team.

Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies and enhance outreach success. procol.io

Who Should Apply

  • Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related field. Jooble
