Role Overview

The Business Development Intern will support the company’s growth initiatives by assisting in lead generation, market research, client engagement, and proposal preparation. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn the dynamics of sales and business development in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in generating new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Support the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender-related documents.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
  • Participate in client meetings, discussions, and follow-up activities when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to support business proposals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, outreach activities, and market insights.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to support business development goals.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,001.00 per month
