Job Title: Business Development Executive – Product Sales

Location: Noida 16

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and driving product sales. The role involves prospecting, product pitching, negotiations, and achieving monthly revenue targets while representing the company professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, online campaigns, and networking.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline for product inquiries and conversions.
  • Schedule product demos and presentations for decision-makers.

Sales Pitching & Conversion

  • Conduct effective product presentations showcasing value, features, and benefits.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle queries, escalations, and follow-ups promptly.

Market Research & Intelligence

  • Track competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Share insights with management to refine product and sales strategy.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue in CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand product features and explain value propositions clearly.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, email writing, and lead tracking systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
