GRID Architect & Interiors is a rapidly growing interior design and architecture firm providing complete turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and luxury spaces. With a strong portfolio and expanding client base, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help scale our operations and acquire new business opportunities.

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our business pipeline. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, pitching services, and converting enquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior design projects.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, online platforms, and partnerships.
  • Meet clients, understand project requirements, and present company capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the design team for proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client handling (preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and articulate design services effectively.
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
  • Self-motivated with strong target orientation.
  • Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
