As we expand our client base and global footprint, we are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to help accelerate growth and build long-term customer relationships.

Job Summary:

The Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to support business initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, social platforms, and industry events.
  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
  • Pitch company services, conduct product/service presentations, and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Work with internal teams to understand service offerings and align solutions to client needs.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends using CRM tools.
  • Participate in business planning, forecasting, and revenue strategy discussions.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance.
  • Strengthen brand presence by representing MaMo TechnoLabs LLP professionally in meetings and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development, IT sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging tech trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business communication platforms.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and revenue growth.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,935.06 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
