About The Opportunity

Join a fast-moving projects & infra commercial team operating in a hybrid setup across India. This role focuses on originating high-value project opportunities, managing tenders and client relationships, and converting pipeline into awarded contracts for long-cycle infrastructure and construction projects.Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new B2B opportunities across government, institutional and private sectors; build a territory/sector-focused pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end tendering and proposal processes — gather requirements, coordinate technical & commercial inputs, and submit high-quality bids.
  • Drive commercial negotiations and close contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company risk and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with Project Delivery, Estimation and Finance teams to prepare costed proposals, schedules and commercial terms.
  • Maintain CRM records, forecast revenue, and deliver regular pipeline and win-rate reports to leadership.
  • Monitor market & competitor activity, identify adjacent opportunities (JV/subcontracting), and recommend go-to-market strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven track record in B2B project sales for infrastructure, construction or EPC projects.
  • Experience managing tenders, RFPs and bid submissions for government or large corporate projects.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience closing mid- to large-value contracts.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare technically and commercially robust proposals.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with frequent client travel across assigned regions.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with government eProcurement systems and public tender processes.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for client development and lead generation.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for financials, bid costing and revenue forecasting.
