Role Description

This is a full-time office based role located in Mumbai for a Technical Due Diligence professional. The role involves assessing and evaluating real estate projects for technical feasibility, risk assessment, and compliance with regulations. Daily tasks include reviewing technical documentation, coordinating with architects and engineers, and preparing detailed due diligence reports. The professional will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project viability and mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in real estate project assessment and evaluation, including site inspections and risk assessment
• Experience in reviewing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and report preparation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
