Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with 5+ years of proven success in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals in the international IT services market, including custom development, AI, cloud services, and remote team building.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain (Web/App Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering, etc.)
Execute outbound sales strategies: cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and calls to engage with VP/CXO/Director-level prospects
Own and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to qualification.
Set up meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and follow up on proposals
Understand client needs and work with internal solution teams to deliver tailored pitches
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Promote IT Resource Outsourcing services, including dedicated developer hiring, contract-based engagements, and building long-term remote teams for clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
Flexibility to work US hours to align with the target market.
