Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Staffing Recruiter with hands-on experience in contract-to-hire (C2H) recruitment and Full Time roles.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of IT recruitment dynamics, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for contract-to-hire positions in the IT domain. Understand and interpret client requirements to source relevant candidates. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Use various sourcing methods including Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and candidate follow-ups. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles. Work collaboratively with account managers, delivery leads, and other internal teams. Ensure accurate data tracking in recruitment tools and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with ATS tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements in a deadline-driven environment. Job Location: Hyderabad
