Warehouse Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing:

• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with warehouse operations managers to understand hiring needs and specific job requirements.
• Provide hiring updates and market insights to hiring managers and leadership teams.

• Candidate Engagement:

• Build a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the roles.

• Onboarding:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the warehouse team.

• Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports to assess effectiveness and improve processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or blue-collar hiring.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working with ATS systems and HR software.
• Prior experience recruiting for high-volume roles or in the warehouse/logistics industry is a plus.
