Key Responsibilities:

1.Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

    • Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.

2.End-to-End Recruitment Process

    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.

3.Candidate Management

    • Schedule and conduct interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.

4.Employer Branding

    • Promote the company as an employer of choice by creating engaging job advertisements and representing the brand at job fairs and events.

5.Collaboration

    • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
    • Advise on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability.

6.Compliance & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in [specific industry] is a plus).
  • Technical Skills

    :
    • Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
    • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Soft Skills

    :
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
