Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter based in Surat, Gujarat, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles across departments. Your primary duties will include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. It is crucial for you to possess a solid understanding of recruitment processes and effective hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using different sourcing methods - Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment Company Details: The work location for this full-time position is in person. The job type is a day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Proficiency in the English language and prior experience as an HR Recruiter are preferred qualifications for this role.
