We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata from Bajaj Life Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a database of candidates and track the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide insights on talent market trends.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or (any Graduate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations in India.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
