We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Bajaj Life, Kolkata branch. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers who are eager to start their careers in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and HR.
Manage the full recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding procedures.
Keep track of recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
