Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our ERP software solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to understand client requirements and present tailored ERP solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized ERP software solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP software or SaaS solutions (preferred).
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • 1–4 years of experience in software sales / ERP sales / IT sales will be an added advantage.
