in outsourcing/call center markets.
Generate leads using platforms such as
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, Crunchbase
, etc.
Conduct
market research and industry analysis
to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong
client relationships
through regular interactions.
Prepare and deliver impactful
sales proposals and presentations
tailored to client needs.
Communicate the
value of services
effectively and provide exceptional client support.
Stay updated on
BPO/call center industry trends
and competitor activities.
Occasionally travel for
business meetings and client visits
when required.

Requirements

Proven experience in
B2B sales & client acquisition
within outsourcing or call center environments.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills
.
Proficiency with
CRM tools
and lead generation platforms.
Excellent
communication & relationship-building skills
.
Professional fluency in
Hindi and English
(spoken & written).
