Key Responsibilities

Make
outbound calls
to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Gather and record
customer feedback
through calls.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Use provided
scripts and sales techniques
to persuade and engage customers.
Follow up with interested prospects to
convert leads into sales
.
Clearly explain
product features, benefits, and pricing
to customers.
Accurately
record and maintain customer data
in the system.

Requirements

Good communication skills in
English
(both verbal & written).
Prior experience in
telecalling, telesales, or outbound calling
is a plus.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (day & night).
Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer literacy for handling CRM or data entry.
