Role OverviewThe BDE – Inside Sales will handle lead generation, sales coordination, CRM updates, follow-ups, and admin support. This is a complete inside-sales role with no field travel.
Key Responsibilities – Inside Sales- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and research
- Conduct initial discussion calls with prospects
- Maintain CRM with updated lead and follow-up status
- Share proposals, company profiles, and presentations
- Schedule meetings for senior sales managers
- Support preparation of quotations and commercial documents
- Track inbound inquiries from website & marketing
Business Development Support- Prepare MIS reports and sales pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding
- Assist in documentation, compliance, and vendor registrations
Admin Responsibilities- Manage agreements, documentation, and records
- Handle basic office coordination tasks
- Maintain renewal reminders and client correspondence
Required Skills- Strong communication (English & Hindi)
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Good understanding of B2B sales
- MS Excel, Word & email drafting skills
- CRM knowledge preferred
- Organised and detail-oriented
Qualification & Experience- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years experience in Inside Sales/Admin roles
- Freshers with strong communication may apply
