Business Development Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with the Managing Director, Business Development Director, and Operations Director to establish the backbone of the organization. The role involves supporting the development and structuring of key departments including HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Procurement. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain entrepreneurial experience, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the global expansion of a forward-thinking sustainable engineering company.

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with the leadership team (Managing Director, Business Development Director, and Operations Director) to develop and implement business structures and strategies.

· Assist in setting up and streamlining departments: HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Procurement.

· Coordinate with vendors, customers, and clients on behalf of leadership for business operations.

· Support strategic business initiatives, expansion plans, and partnership development across Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

· Assist in preparing business documents, proposals, presentations, and communications.

· Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, and other AI platforms) for improving efficiency and decision-making.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

· Support the development of internal policies, systems, and operational processes for business scalability.

· Maintain strong professional communication, drafting, and reporting through Microsoft Office tools.

· Contribute ideas for innovation and growth, reflecting entrepreneurial thinking.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (required).

· MBA or Business Development certification (preferred).

· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Experience in drafting emails, preparing reports, and coordinating across departments.

· Ability to work with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and others.

· Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.

· Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
