Job Description

What you'll do:

Identify and secure new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and networking.
Create and deliver tailored business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with project deliverables.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for retention and satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

Skills Requirements:

Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years in Business Development, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Strong knowledge of project life cycles and client relationship management.
Proven success in meeting business targets and managing international clients.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
