Job Description

We're Hiring | Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

dentify and contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, or networking.
Pitch digital marketing services to startups, small businesses, and professionals.
Generate leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Create and present service proposals and quotations.
Follow up with leads and close deals efficiently.
Maintain a CRM or leads tracking sheet.
Work closely with the marketing and creative team to align client needs with deliverables.
Attend industry events, webinars, or exhibitions to generate new leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or pursuing).
0–2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles (freshers welcome).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, etc.).
elf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English and local language (if required).

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
Commission on Sales (optional, based on your structure)
