JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team. THE ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunity, managing client relationship, and expanding our presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads through platforms like UpWork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer.
2. Write and submit high-quality proposal on portals.
3.Identify and reach out to potential clients through email and linkedIn outreach.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
5. Understand client requirements and coordinate to deliver tailored solution.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Maintain and update the CRM records to track and follow-ups.
